I don't know where you live but you can in the U.S. I don't see why you couldn't anywhere else. It's an OTC medication just like aspirin. You might be embarrassed but you shouldn't be scratching your crotch is alot more embarrassing,LOL!!!!!!!

Of course. They sell it in the drug store. It's on the self with all the other health related products. Ask one of the guys that work there if you can't find it. You don't need a prescription.

Yes, I believe you can get it, alot of over the counter drugs are sold in Wal-Mart, but I'm sure you probably can, unless your planning on getting it for another reason like doing drugs ect.
