Does QUADRIDERM cream work for jock itch? how long and how much should be apply?

Bought Quadriderm from a drug store, they said its for antifungal infections. But then I heard its a steroid, is it safe to use? or will something else be better as a treatment for jock itch.Does QUADRIDERM cream work for jock itch? how long and how much should be apply?
For fungal infection it is better to use Clobetasol Propionate%26amp;Gentamicin Sulphate Cream. It is comparatively cheap%26amp;PROLONG USE MAY NOT BE HARMFUL.

Groin %26amp;pubic regions are vulnerable to such infections %26amp;they relapse time and again.Infected areas are to be washed with warm water%26amp;whip dry with soft cotton cloth.A thin layer of the cream is to be applied upon and rubbed gently.Do it when you are up in the morning%26amp;again at the time of retiring to bed.Try to keep the area dry as for as possible.Discontinue when the infection is cured.
