Is there any other medical cream better than Itch guard.?

Is there any other medical cream better than itch guard. I could not stop stracthing between my legs as soon as i come back from office. I hardly find time to go to a skin specialist. Tell me some better creams which i can rely upon to drive that fungi away from my skin. Also by continuos stratching my skin has become senseless and dark..Is there any way to make it more sensefull and normal?Is there any other medical cream better than Itch guard.?
are you sure this is fungi? If so vicks ';yes the vapor cream'; will smother the fungi out. There's a prescribed cream called ';clotrim/beta dirop'; that works well.Is there any other medical cream better than Itch guard.?

yes,stop putting your nails in to it, a lots of time it's not a itch it's you never's moving are a new hair growing and you need to rube it. still use your creams. by it being between your legs, you my have a rash that needs to be treated. make time to see a doc are it may get worst, cool?
