you can do things to be more comfortable


you can run hot water over the areas and you can get relief for 6-8 hours...brings all the histamines to the surface and washes them down the drain then it takes 6-8 hours for them to build back up and itch


there is an otc med that starts with the letter Z that I have heard will help early in the course...Zanfel??
