Don't use antibacterial ointments like Neosporin because it will kill possibly beneficial bacteria and let the fungus run wild. Jock itch is a fungal infection so it needs to be treated with an anti-fungal like Tinactin or Lamisil. Good luck with that!Mosquito bite anti itch cream on my jock itch?
Neosporin AF, or what ever the Doctor ordered. Also keep dry with powder.
